| Cruise - Day Three Mazatlan ![]() The next day we were ported in Mazatlan with about eight hours of time in the city. ![]() I saw a tour group going by so I decided to go up and see what if anything was still available. ![]() I liked this - Free and Compulsory. I found an ATV tour which was was not sold out so I got a couple tickets. I didn't really think Debbie would go for something like that because of the many disparaging remarks I've heard about kids on ATV's who are out playing when they should be doing homework for the next day. That plus the dirt and dust, I figured I'd be going up for a refund in short order....... ![]() Wrong. ![]() Just when you think you have them all figured out, they go and do something like this - ![]() At full throttle.... ![]() And I am stuck in the back eating dust. ![]() The tour guide says at the next stop alligators have been sighted..... .Sort of. ![]() We spend about 15 minutes here and then it is off to the beach, looping back around to the drop-off point. ![]() What's left of an old beach house(?) along the way. It was a fun day. ![]() Meanwhile, Dan & Jeff decided to go and see what downtown away from the tourist traps looked like. ![]() The cup Dan is holding is what you pay $5.00 a day for if you want soda. ![]() This city has a lot of statuary. ![]() 'Interesting' is a good word for some of it. ![]() I liked this one. ![]() A view of the city. ![]() The second night at the formal dinner featured this as an entree.
